For September 2021, we will have intake of 180 students for the School of Science and Technology Maidstone.
The Regional Schools Commissioner has agreed that the School of Science and Technology Maidstone can remove from its admission policy the requirement to conduct banding tests. The admission criteria will therefore be in accordance with the oversubscription criteria contained within the Admissions Policy.

National Offer Day 2021
You will be offered a secondary school place by the Local Authority on the National Offer Day, 1 March 2021. Students who are offered a place at SST will receive our welcome letter during the same week. Good luck to all applicants.
If your child is due to start secondary school in September 2021 you can appeal between 1 March - 28 March 2021 to guarantee that your appeal will be heard by 14 June 2021. For applications made in the normal admission round, appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. For late applications, appeals should be heard within 40 schools days from the deadline for lodging appeals where possible, or within 30 schools days of the appeals being lodged.
