Fundamentals of Data Analytics (F200):
Essential techniques for gathering, organising, storing, accessing, and securing data within modern digital systems. Coverage includes legislative, ethical, and security issues around data handling, data protection laws, and stakeholder roles.

Big Data and Machine Learning (F201):
Study the characteristics of big data, infrastructure supporting large-scale systems, and how artificial intelligence and machine learning are used to analyse and apply data. Includes consideration of legal, ethical, environmental, and societal impacts.

Spreadsheet Data Modelling (F202):
Develop and test spreadsheet models for real clients, applying design tools, functions, validation, and linking data. Evaluation and suggested improvements are based on testing and analysis.

Data and The Internet of Everything (F204):
Explore structures and protocols supporting connected devices and systems, including edge/cloud computing, smart environments, bandwidth and reliability constraints. Legal, ethical, security, and privacy implications are addressed.

Data and Digital Marketing (F206):
Principles of digital marketing and its data-driven targeting and analytics. Design and review marketing campaigns, consider data protection and privacy, and evaluate effectiveness against specific client briefs.
Entry Requirements
Level 2 Pass in Information Technology or 4 (or above) in an equivalent Computer Science course.
