2026 GCSE Results
School of Science and Technology is celebrating the exceptional achievements of our Year 11 students.
Students at SST achieved an outstanding set of GCSE Results once again, with even
higher attainment across the board from our remarkable results in 2025. Over 78% of our 2026 cohort achieved a grade 4 or above in both English and Mathematics. Additionally, 20% of all grades were a 7, 8 or 9, with a total of 64 top grades (50 Grade 9s and 14 Distinction*s).
Once again, we saw brilliant outcomes in Science as 89% of all grades were a 9 to 4, across our range of STEM subjects 84% grade 9 to 4 were achieved, however there were also amazing results in our creative subjects where 85% of all grades were 9 to 4. These results demonstrate that SST is so much more than just a STEM School; we are proud to provide exceptional teaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and countless opportunities to students of all talents and interests.

We are also proud to share excellent performance across our comprehensive range of subjects including Computer Science, Religious Studies, Photography, Sports Studies, Psychology, Drama and Music. This emphasises the outstanding educational experience our dedicated staff provide in preparing our students for successful futures."
We would also like to celebrate the notable achievements of the following students:
- Lucas achieved 9 grade 9s and 1 grade 7
- Martha achieved 8 grade 9s, 1 grade 8, and 1 grade 7
- Thomas achieved 7 grade 9s, 2 grade 8s and 1 grade 7
- Angel achieved 5 grade 9s, 4 grade 8s and 2 grade 6s
- All of the above students also achieved a Level 2 Extended Mathematics Certificate.

2025 GCSE Results
Students at SST achieved an outstanding set of GCSE results, the first set in the school’s history.
Over three quarters of students achieved a grade 4 in both English and Mathematics. Almost 20% of all GCSE grades were a 7, 8 or 9 and 88% of all Science grades were 9 to 4.
These superb outcomes reflect our students’ dedication to their studies, work ethic and aspirations in addition to the fantastic teaching they have received over the last 5 years.
These results validate the outstanding Ofsted grading and excellent reputation the school has built; SST is a secondary school of choice in Maidstone and Kent.
Our students’ outstanding achievement shows that our quality of teaching, curriculum and care has paid dividends.
We would like to celebrate the following notable achievements:
- Andrejs achieved 7 grade 9s. 2 grade 8s and 2 grade 7s.
- Dana achieved 3 grade 9s, 1 grade 8 and 5 grade 7s
- Joseph achieved 2 grade 9s, 6 grade 8s and 3 grade 7s
